Will the PO maker stay free?
Yes. The online purchase order maker and every PDF, Excel and Word template stay free with unlimited downloads. Pro adds the things that need saving and tracking: your logo, numbering, vendors, items, approvals and receiving.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of PO Pro free. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
How do I use Pro on another device or share it with a colleague?
After checkout you get a licence key (POM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). Enter it on the PO Pro page in any browser to unlock your saved vendors, items and PO register there. One licence is meant for one business; anyone with the key sees the same register.
What does the receiving log do?
Save a PO to your register, then record each delivery: how many of each line arrived and when. The register shows Open, Partially received, Received or Closed, what is still outstanding, and prints a receiving report PDF you can file with the vendor's invoice.
Does PO Pro send POs to vendors or pay invoices?
No. You download the PO and email it yourself, and you pay vendors the way you do today. PO Pro keeps the paperwork organised: numbering, approvals, deliveries and invoice matching.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Use Manage subscription on the PO Pro page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you can export your PO register to CSV first.
