PO Template Maker exists for one moment: a vendor or your accounts team needs a purchase order today, and you don't want to buy procurement software or hand over your email to download a form.
What we believe
- Free should mean free. Unlimited PO downloads, no email gate, no "3 documents a month" limits.
- Your vendors and prices are your business. The PO maker runs entirely in your browser, so your order details stay on your device.
- Templates should do the maths. Every Excel template uses tested formulas for line totals, discount, tax, shipping and the PO total.
How we make the templates
Each template is generated from the same code as the online maker, so a template and a finished PO always use identical formulas and layouts. Before release, every formula is checked against worked examples (like the sample purchase order on our home page). We review templates and articles at least twice a year and show the date on every page.
How we make money
PO Pro is an optional subscription for businesses that order every week: your logo, automatic PO numbers, saved vendors and items, an approval block and a receiving log. That keeps the templates free for everyone else.
